Given the significance of the NGD™ technology model it would be impractical for Quantum to invest in developing itʼs own manufacturing facilities. NGD™ allows for current manufacturing models to be easily modified to accommodate this new technology. Therefore Quantum Solar Power Corp. will derive substantially all revenues from royalty based licensing arrangements. This business model will allow us to maximizing capital resources available at startup and through our licensee partners, positively address the large backlog of demand for high efficiency solar cell devices.

Under this business model, Quantum will grant strategic manufacturing partners nonexclusive product licenses while retaining the licensed trademark to the NGD™ product. Our partners will be responsible for modularization, sales, marketing and order fulfillment during the life of the agreement and Quantum will actively participate in the product manufacturing and product marketing strategy in an advisory capacity. Our partners will prominently display the Quantum logo on finished modules. Quantum will participate with our strategic partners in the success of our solar power technology through structured revenue sharing agreements.

This business model positions Quantum to realize greater product profitability and financial growth. By leveraging strategic partner resources, Quantum creates a sales, marketing and distribution system across key Alternative Power Segments, worldwide while transferring full financial, regulatory and marketing responsibility to our respective partners. This allows for a win-win scenario for both manufacturers and Quantum, maximizing the ramp-up to market speed of NGD™ technology and providing a superior competitive product for those partners who wish to gain global solar market advantages by delivering a less expensive, more efficient and easily manufactured solar module. Quantumʼs focus will remain research and development, preventing any dilution of focus on providing a revolutionary and superior product to bear.
